We have created a Adobe CC Package via Adobe Admin Console with these packages

Creative Cloud Desktop Application
Acrobat DC (19.0)
Dreamweaver (20.0)
Illustrator (24.0)
InDesign (15.0)
Lightroom (3.0)
Photoshop (21.0.1)
Premiere Pro (14.0)
XD (24.2.22)

When we want to install it, but fails with error code 6.
Adobe CC 2018 is installed on the machines we want to install Adobe CC 2020. Is it nessacery to uninstall first all adobe packages?
If yes how to do this remotely?

Hi,

For the root cause of this failure you would need to look at the product specific logs. See https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/package/help/troubleshoot-install-uninstall-errors-ccp.html

It is the best practice to uninstall the older version. To do this you can use the Creative Cloud Packager to build an uninstall package. https://helpx.adobe.com/ie/enterprise/package/help/create-uninstall-package.html
