Deploying multiple clients with standardized settings

So i'll be building 20 or so machines with the adobe CC suite for Photographers and AV editors in the next few weeks. I've worked up a build for our WDS/MDT enviroment with little issue but im wondering if i can setup things like "scratch disk will be on d:\FolderA",  "this is the default/starting layout X departments editors use" and so on?

Are those settings inside a set config file or reg value that can be replicated\moved onto new boxes?
