Despite having Creative cloud account, I am unable to access any apps.

Hi,

 

My organization has taken subsciption for Adobe creative cloud but yet I am unable to access any of the apps. Kindly help!

    that's usually a question you should ask your plan administrator, unless you need help with a specific problem with the cc app or with app installation.
