Device Licencing and Installation

Hi Adobe, I'm trying to allocate licences to 9 computers in a school environment.  And after installing the CC package on each PC and downloading Apps, one licence shifts from one computer to another, and I still have all my licences available in the portal.  I've been on hold for 27 minutes.  Is no one there today?  Thanks,

    CICCreate, what type of Creative Cloud membership did your organization purchase?  If you have a Creative Cloud for Team or Enterprise membership then you can open a support case through the Admin Console.

    Hi, just got an Emily, still sitting here on hold... does anyone answer the phone?  Sigh... I need to do a screen share session please and try and get this sorted.  Would appreciate some help please.  No, we don't use Google hangouts and I'm not installing Skype on these PCs.
