How many devices we can use on one business license of Adobe Creative Cloud?

Correct answer kglad

it depends.  for most organizations one license  is assigned to one user who can install the cc desktop app on as many (mac and/or win) computers as they own and use it to install all (or some, if they want) of the cc subscription programs.

the only (insignificant for internet connected computers) limitation is that you can sign-in (and therefore start your adobe programs) on, at most, two computers without signing-out. because you can sign out from either (or both) signed-in computers using a 3rd computer, this could not (imo) be easier.

however, some organizations (usually schools) can have per device/computer licenses.  that limits each license to one computer.

A single business license often includes a device limit, restricting how many computers or users can access the software. Exceeding this limit may require purchasing additional licenses or upgrades.

Hi @Muhammad_Sameer8068,

Thanks for your response here. I’d like to add a few additional points.

For an Adobe Creative Cloud business license, the standard policy is that one license is assigned to one user. That user can install the Creative Cloud desktop app and associated programs on multiple computers (Mac or Windows), but you can sign in to your account on up to two computers. You can use your Adobe apps on only one computer at a time.

If the user attempts to sign in on a third device, Adobe will prompt them to sign out from one of the previously signed-in devices before continuing. This policy applies to most individual and business (Teams/Enterprise) licenses that use Named User Licensing.

You can find more details in the following document:

Hope this helps.

Regards,
^AN

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Is it an Enterprise or Teams account, or an individual subscription?
