Device limit picking my laptop up twice
My organisation has a Creative Cloud subscription that allows 2 devices to be logged in at once. For some reason it is picking my device up twice. Every few days I have to sign out from 'laptop78' (which is my laptop), to be able to use it on 'this device' (which is laptop78). The other device login is being used by our other comms officer on laptop49. Any ideas on why this would be happening and how to fix it?
