Did Adobe eliminate it's Education Sales department?

If you call the Education Sales Department the phone rings forever and then disconnects. If you fill out the Marketing Cloud information request form - no one ever follows up. If you want to purchase an Adobe Stock plan and are an educational entity you are SOL (non-profits don't pay tax).
