Difference between Education and Student License?

It seems to me that these are the same documents (permits), but these documents have technical differences. A Student License is a personal document for a personal device, and an Educational License is a general access for an educational institution.

The only difference is the student license can only be installed on student owned device and the educational one installed on school computers

I don't think they are different things. But if you find a page talking about them as separate please share a link.
