Difficulty installing CC/etc. on an Enterprise account

I'm trying to install CC, Premiere Pro, etc. on my computer via an Enterprise account of the institution I work for. I am able to get all the way through downloading and running the installer, at which point I enter my institution's ID and am taken through the institution's site to login (within the installer window).

However, when I enter my institution ID and password to login, the installer window goes white, and nothing happens after this point. I'm not really sure what else to do to get the installation to go further. Any help would be appreciated.

(I'm running on MacOS Mojave 10.14.6.)

Thanks!
