Disabled Federated ID

Question

Is there any way to export a list of users in the Admin Console to display "Account Status"? And is there a good way to remove these accounts which status is set to "Disabled"? We are looking to do some cleanup of our Users.

Hi Charles,There is unfortunately no way to export the user list to obtain a list of users whose accounts are disabled, although this should only be a temporary state between them being deactivated in Azure and the account being completely removed from the user list.You can now export the user list from the "Directory Users" page, and also upload a list of accounts which are to be deleted, however. Hi Charles,Adding to Dom's answer; if you're looking to remove the disabled users from the Admin Console permanently, you can do it one by one or even in bulk via CSV method from the Directory users section.However, If you permanently delete a user, the user is deleted along with all the Creative Cloud assets belonging to that user. The user and the assets then, cannot be recovered.Let me know if I could help with your query.
