Do all users require an enterprise license for applying SSO Federated ID?

Hi, if I understand correctly it is possible to implement SSO (federated ID) with a Creative Cloud Enterprise license. If so, is it possible to implement SSO within the account for the other users with only an Adobe Express license? In other words, do all users require an enterprise license to implement SSO for all users or not?

Thanks for confirming. As checked you earlier had a Teams contract. Please note that SSO is an exclusive feature available only with an Enterprise contract. An Adobe Enterprise plan refers to a licensing agreement designed for organizations that require centralized administration, advanced security, and identity management features such as Single Sign-On (SSO) using Federated ID. If your organization specifically wants to use the SSO feature, you would need to upgrade to or purchase an Enterprise contract. The recommended team size for an Enterprise contract is 11 or more licenses.

In your case, yes, your organization can set up SSO for all 7 users (2 Creative Cloud and 5 Adobe Express) as long as all accounts are provisioned as Federated IDs and your organization is under an Enterprise agreement. You do not need every user to have a Creative Cloud for Enterprise license, but they must be included in your enterprise tenant and managed through Federated ID.

I can confirm your interpretation of my question.

What does an Enterprise plan mean? What are the requirements for such a plan? One license for Creative Cloud for Enterprise? 

Our organization wants to apply SSO for all users (2 Creative Cloud en 5 Express). I understand all users must have Federated IDs.
