Do I need to create a new prov.xml for CC 2014?

I'm having trouble with our existing (original CC) tool to serialize Windows installations of CC 2014. (So far, we haven't had any complaints about the Mac OS serializations.) Do we need a new/separate prov.xml for 2014? Our education/enterprise licensing hasn't changed and we are still on the same serial number.

    Hi Ric,

    We need to see the PDApp.log and amt3.log file of the machine where the license

    is failing to tell you the reason of failure. The log file is formed at /usr/Library/Logs/PDApp.log.

    Sarika,

    According to the tech who did the deployment in these labs, there may be other issues in play (non-Adobe) that could be causing this problem. He's pursuing those right now.
