Does CC Cloud work differently in Enterprise vs Teams?

Question

I'm struggling to find the difference online between Enterprise and Teams (beyond Enterprise being for larger companies/stuff about how licences work). Is there much difference between the two regarding CC cloud storage?

Or is it the same - people can access my cloud files, but they're still very much tied to my account?

Honestly, we've been having so much trouble at work with CC Cloud that we've started to move over to MS Onedrive, but if Enterprise was in any way different we might consider sticking with CC.
