Does the full creative suite meet Canadian accessibility guidelines for developers?

Hi - as part of our enterprise approval process, all tools and software have to meet Canadian accessibility standards as it relates to both the developer's UI and the published output. 

I'm familiar with making the outputs accessible, but cannot seem to find any definitive information about the experience for developers authoring using these tools.
