Double Charge
I’ve been paying for my Adobe CC for years (many) even though it supposes to be free because I’m employed at a college (a lot of fellow employees get Adobe). A lot of insanity has been going on for the past several years (triple bypass, losing my autistic child after be brutalize, wife leaving, etc. - you know, life stuff) meanwhile it just took me two and a quarter years to recently build a new computer because I couldn’t upgrade the full 256 gb ssd on my old one that I was only using for surfing the web and email. When I looked into my bills that my ex wife handled I discover I was being charged twice a month for Adobe. So I was finally able to get past the good for nothing new AI customer rep. and Adobe refunded me for almost a year of charges. They said to let them know what I wanted to do so I just let it slide as I was not ready to start using Adobe quite yet again. But I was still getting charged. So when I just looked at just cancelling and try to start all over fresh with my no charge account, I get a message to locate a cancel button that doesn’t exist, and that I must pay for something that bills me and tells me to pick what ever app I want to purchase on top of nothing, absolutely nothing for the 35 or so dollars a month that I am paying still (and they tell me I just am being charge for another year, one month at a time.) This is pure insanity. First, you need to fire AI because it is drunk and just tells me to do that has absolutely nothing to address this nightmarish hell I have stepped into a content loop of no help. I cannot get a human to talk to. No button to push. I am being robbed. Now if nobody responds, I am not going to make idle threats.
