Download Adobe Apps to a Flashdrive to copy and Install on Multiple PCs

Hello, I work for a business that would like me to install the Adobe Creative Cloud to all of our team's laptops. Instead of them wanting us to have each person install each app such as Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, and Premiere Pro from the internet, they wanted me to see if I can download the applications to a flashdrive and insert it to each computer and copy, then install the apps to each laptop. We want to avoid using so much internet because each app is GBs large. Is there a way to do this?
