Download/Installation of Creative Cloud Crawwwling

The Crative Cloud app for my business says I must sign in again to activate the license but that will not work. Re-installing it fixed it temporarily but it is is now asking to sign in again. And downloading it again takes over 15 minutes on any computer.

Has anyone else had this issue before?
