i created my own account when i bought my mac also i already created and installed 2 more packages before one with photoshop illustrator and the other one with acrobat pro lightroom and xd cc. this case never happened before.

the only difference previous packages were created by me using the ccp launcher. as it created errors i used your web site to create indesign package.

    can this be the reason?

    cheers

    Hi,

It looked from the log that you don't have write permissions to certain paths during installation, hence the suggestion.

If this is your own machine, is there a reason why you cannot use the Creative Cloud Desktop App to handle the installation?

Thanks are you on Mac or Windows?

Can you check the PDApp log as noted above?

Thank you. You can find the log file for this installation at ~/Library/Logs on the mac.

This will give us more information regarding what may have caused this issue.

    Hi,

I understand that you have created a package on the Admin Console, the package contained InDesign and other applications but InDesign did not install.

Can you confirm that this is correct? What else was in the package, what platform were you deploying to, what method were you using to deploy?

To check in more detail please look at the PDApp.log. Details in the document below.
