Downloading a Creative Cloud installation package fails

I've created a Creative Cloud installation package including all of the available software for Mac, in Finnish. Package status shows as "Up to date" and "Download" shows as "Available". I can start the download, but every time, after around 4,5 GB, the download fails. This happens on different computers and browsers. I've recreated the package, but the problem persists.

EDIT: Now the download fails at around 11 GB.
