downloading error after effects 15.1.2

Anyone having issues downloading After effects 15.1.2?Working on an iMac Pro 10 core, 64 Gb Ram, MojaveI can get CC2019 but not cc 2018.    CC2019 keeps crashing...thank you.

As you have mentioned you are unable to download and install After Effects 15.1.2, what error message do you see when the download fails?

When CC 2019 crashes is there an error message that pops up? Could you please share this information with us?
