Downloading photoshop elements & premiere elements 14 on my new laptop

I bought a laptop last month along with a single license for adobe photoshop elements& premiere elements 14. However this laptop was faulty and they exchanged it for me today and informed me that I would be able to download the packages again, as long as I deactivated the version on my old laptop. How do I go about doing this?
