Downloads not working since the new admin console arrived?

Every download fails for Premier Pro, inside or outside the proxy.

I see it's coming from the Amazon cloud, anyone else having issues downloading large packages?

Sometimes we get 500MB and get excited, then fail!

I notice the chat support option is also intermittent.
