Dreamweaver won't download via CCP

Hi,

For the past week or so, I've been unable to download Dreamweaver 2017 and updates from the Creative Cloud Packager. All other applications download and build successfully. Dreamweaver refuses and simply displays an Oops there has been an error message. Opening the PDApp.log shows:

06/06/17 14:18:09:982 | [ERROR] |  | ASU | PDApp | CCMEnterpriseApplet.HyperdriveDownloadProgressCmd |  |  | 7304 | Received error packet : <error>

<errorType>GenericError</errorType>

<isRecoverable>false</isRecoverable>

<sapCode>DRWV</sapCode>

<version>17.0.0</version>

</error>

Any suggestions or clues would be great.

Thanks

    Hi itm62951821

    This package was only for DW CC 2017 , correct ?

    What is the result of you download and install DW 2017 directly from CCDA ?

    Hi Rohit,

    This occurred when trying to download the full suite. I also tried just a standalone Dreamweaver package and the same error occurred.

    I have not tried via the desktop app as I need to package this up to deploy to standalone computers, and I do not want users using the CC app.
