DTM was slow/not loading only in Staging

My team noticed that DTM was very slow/not loading a couple of hours ago, only in Staging. I didn't see anything going on in the Adobe System Status page. When that happens, how can I tell what's going on? I'm thinking that bandwidth is being throttled during times of heavy traffic, only to Staging. Our Production sites were working fine the whole time.
