Duplicate charge

Adobe is charging me twice for the subscription and there is no way to reverse it even though I have requested it repeatedly. Nor is it possible to cancel a plan, the only way is to cancel the credit card registered with Adobe

Hi,

 

Since you have mentioned that your Card is getting duplicate charges for same Adobe Subscription, please contact Adobe Cancellation Team and ask them to Cancel the same. I am not sure if  Adobe ever asks users to Cancel the Credit card as they have access to provide end to end support and they have the option to Delete the duplicate Subscription from their end.

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right

Do you have an enterprise plan, a teams plan, or a regular single user plan? (Different advice depending on your plan)

 

you say requests were made repeatedly. You mean Adobe refuses your request, or that they did not reply to an email, or something else?
