Dynamic Link no longer working properly

Seemingly recently, dynamic linking is no longer working.

Issues:

• Multiple AE files in premiere are forever pending
• Premiere requires me to open AE before opening premiere project in order for any previously linked files to open
• If premiere timeline contains multiple AE files, only one will load while the others remain pending or even offline, requiring a consolidation of all AE files into one AE file 
• Even when dynamic linked files are active on timeline, the export occasionally will show them offline

Has anyone else experienced this?
