Edit Adobe Screen Name

I just moved to a new macbook pro.  I logged into the creative cloud desktop app on my new macbook.  It didn't bring over my account profile pic, profile name, and company.  It did however, bring over my account name, email and organization name.  It's a little strange it transferred some info but not all.

Either way I was able to enter all that info but when I tried to change my adobe screen name back to what it already was on the old computer it gave me a message "that name is already taken".  Can you please let me know how I can get the adobe screen name changed back to what it was before I transferred to a new macbook.

Also this my account is an enterprise account run by Garland ISD.
