Edit identity type by CSV

I'm trying to convert the rest of my users with Adobe ID to Enterprise ID, and Adobe has supplied a beatiful solution doing this by CSV files. Excellent. Except it doesn't work. Every time I try, I get the same error message: We're sorry, something went wrong uploading your file.

I've tried Windows, I've treied Mac, I've tried Firefox, Chrome, Safari. I've tried with English and other languages, and each time I get the same error message. I've even tried downloading a template, and uploading that same file again. Still the same error. Has anyone seen, and gotten around this error?

@Bjørn Eirik5EC3 Adobe Support helped me fix this issue with this sage advice: "The CSV files require all fields to be populated before uploading." I had read somewhere in Adobe's 'edit identity type by CSV' documentation that only the user details plus the NEW information needed to be added to the CSV before upload (Identity Type,Username,Domain,New Identity Type) and the user information that was NOT changing could be left out (New Email,New Username,New Country Code). Apparently that is no longer the case. Hope this helps you, too.

I have the same problem, I'm trying to move to Federated IDs to integrate our Okta client. Honestly, it's been incredibly frustrating.

@creative clouda19657676 Kindly help us with the screenshot of the error you are getting while uploading the CSV. Also confirm, if the issue is with only switching identities or if you are unable to upload any other CSV files like editing the user details.

Kindly share the CSV file with me by sending a personal message so that I can check for the issue and assist you.

I get the same error. I copy the 'sample.csv' file, remove the sample users' data, then I type in my users' data. I also get error "Headers (first line of the CSV) are missing or invalid" if I try to copy & paste my user's data from the CSV of my domain users that I downloaded from Adobe.
