Editor to view FIF file extracted from Output Designer

I've 100 files with extension .FIF which is the export(File -> Export) of many templates from Adobe Output Desginer 5.5. I need to change a specific static text and a field which is present in all these templates. Is there any editor to view/edit the content of the FIF files? Is there any other way to change all these texts and fields quickly without invidually opening and changing the files in Output Designer?
