„My university has an Education license. I was able to register using my student email and received a verification link. However, the link doesn't work. When I click on it, I get the following message:“

Thanks for reaching out. If you're encountering issues with the verification link for your Adobe Education license, please follow the steps below to resolve the problem:

Try opening the link in a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari).
Clear browser cache and cookies and attempt to open the link again.
Manually enter the verification link instead of clicking it—copy and paste it into your browser.
Use an incognito/private browsing window and try again.
Ad blockers or browser extensions can sometimes interfere with verification links. Try temporarily disabling them and then clicking the link again.
