So I have a student account and it has been awesome for getting some of my work done but I will be returning my school laptop for the next few weeks and won't have access to the email I used, I know when I have gone to update stuff, etc - it has asked me to log into my email for security but I was wondering if I changed the primary email address to my personal email account would this affect the student discount I am receiving??
If you got accepted in the student subscription using your email like .edu then changing it should create issues in my opinion. See the FAQ section of the following article.

Another question is why do you want to change the email in the first place, an email is not bound to a computer so just login to your personal computer using the school email and keep working.
