Email notification subject wrong language

Hi,

All my language settings are set to French (Creative Cloud, web console and Acrobat Pro)

When I use the @ fonction to share a comment with another user, the email title is in Finnish (wrong) and the email body is correct in french :

Subject : Sinulla on uusia tapahtumia, jotka liittyvät prototyyppiin

This behavior is happening to multiple users.

Thank you

Hi @christian_0675,

Thank you for reaching out. Based on your query, it appears that when using the @mention feature, the email subject appears in Finnish instead of French, while the email body is correctly in French. You also mentioned that multiple users in your organization are experiencing this issue. Please confirm if this is the issue you need assistance with.

I recommend trying the following steps:

Set your Adobe Account communication language to French by going to https://adobe.ly/3WbK6oM → Account and Security > Account Information → confirm Preferred Language = French, then trigger a fresh @mention test.

Ensure that each affected user’s account region and language preferences are updated, not just the application UI language, as email localization follows account and notification settings.

Open the Creative Cloud Desktop app → select the Account icon in the upper right → Preferences → Language in the left sidebar → Default install language = French.

Check Adobe Acrobat → Preferences → Language to ensure French is selected. For detailed instructions, see this guide: https://adobe.ly/47lVljQ

Since multiple users are affected, please contact your IT administrator to set the organization’s Email Language to French under Settings > Console Settings so system emails default to French. More information is available here: https://adobe.ly/3JhJ0F6

If you are unsure who your admin is, you can find guidance here: https://adobe.ly/46Zah8x

Please try these steps and let us know if the issue persists.

Regards,
^AN

Hi,

I confirmed all the settings mentionned and triggered a fresh @4527761 test resulting with the same email subject in wrong language.

Thank you for your assistance.

Hi @christian_0675

Since you've already tried the troubleshooting steps shared by Anshul and are still experiencing the same issue, I recommend contacting the support team for further assistance. Please have your Admin start a chat or open a case through the support tab in the Adobe Admin Console.

The support team will be able to assist you more effectively.

I hope this helps!
