Email Notifications for Adobe Updates

Hello,

I was wondering if anybody knew how to subscribe to Adobe software updates so when an application is updated I can be notified via email.Acrobat is one of the applciations it would be good for, but I also want it for flash player and the creative suite. It's an enterprise environment so we disable updates on the local workstations so it doesn't bother the user and we can control the updates. Any help would be appreciated!
