Email says update payment info - So does the site but when at admin page it was purchased for a year

I paid in full for a year for the Adobe pro which included online.  Now I keep getting emails saying to update my payment method and when I login the landing page also shows I need to update the payment plan.  However, when I go to the admin's purchase page it shows my plan is active until 2026 and paid for in full.
