Employee quitting, what will happen to Fresco work?

Hi!

My employee is quitting within a couple of weeks. Her Adobe account (business ID) is part of my organization team. What will happen to her Fresco work when I remove her from the teams? Is it possible to transfer her Adobe business id account into a personal account so that she will still have access to her work? (I want her to have access to her work even after quitting.)

 

I understood from this post that I can transfer the assets from user folders to another user (her being the other user) but I didn't quite get what will happen with the Fresco files. Can you help me out?

It's easy to share drawings between accounts but there are a few steps involved so I'll walk you through them:

* Sign in to Fresco using the credentials for your WORK account

* Go to the Cloud Documents screen and tap on the ellipses icon (...) under the drawing you want to move

* From the pop-up menu choose Share Link (make sure the toggle for "Allow save to Creative Cloud" is ON) and copy the link that's in that window.

* Open that link in a browser (making sure to sign in with your PERSONAL account) and tap on the Copy to Your Work button. As soon as it shows up in Cloud Documents it will sync down to your device as soon as you sign in to Fresco with those credentials.
