Question

Enable specific Partner models in Adobe products

Is there a way, from an admin level, select which third party models we would like enabled?

Or is it the case if we enable this, all third party models selected by adobe will be accessible by users?

Hi @Addy_786
,

Thanks for the screenshots, that helps pin it down. You're right that the "Non-Adobe generative AI models" tab isn't showing under your Asset Settings the way it appeared before, and I understand the confusion when you'd seen it there previously.

The option to enable or disable non-Adobe generative AI models in the Admin Console is tied to licenses that include premium generative AI features. A standard Creative Cloud for teams plan doesn't include those licenses, so that tab won't appear under Settings > Asset Settings, which is why you're seeing Sharing options and Authorized domains but not the non-Adobe models tab.

If access to those models is something your team needs, the best path is to have our team review your account and go over the options for your organization. You can open a case through Admin Console > Support.

Thanks,
^AV

Hi @Dreamy_Euphoria5438,

Thank you for reaching out.

The setting for partner models in the Adobe Admin Console is managed through a single toggle that applies organization-wide. When this setting is enabled, all available partner models from Adobe become visible to users. If it’s turned off, none of the models are displayed.

The ability to selectively enable or restrict individual third-party models is currently unavailable.

I hope this helps.

Thanks,

^BS

Hi @cholubaz,
Thanks for reaching out. As checked, you have an active Teams plan associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. Please note that the option to allow or restrict access to non-Adobe generative AI models within Adobe apps and tools is available only for Enterprise customers. Could you please confirm the specific issue you’re facing, are you trying to disable this feature for your end users?

Hope this helps.

Regards,
^AN
