With Microsoft's recent announcement in ending it's support on Windows 10 by October 14, 2025. Does this mean that Adobe Creative Cloud suite will also recommend users to upgrade to Windows 11? Can someone provide an estimated timeline on it. Thanks

Hi @mikegarcia,

Thank you for reaching out.

Adobe has not yet announced an official timeline for ending Creative Cloud support on Windows 10. However, Adobe generally aligns its software support with Microsoft's lifecycle policies. Since Microsoft will be ending support for Windows 10 on October 14, 2025, future Adobe Creative Cloud updates may recommend or require Windows 11 for optimal performance and security.

At this time, Adobe continues to support Windows 10, but we strongly recommend planning for an upgrade to Windows 11 to ensure compatibility with future updates. Adobe follows a policy of supporting the current and two previous major versions of each operating system.

For the latest system requirements and compatibility details, please refer to the following resources:

Should you have any further questions, feel free to reach out.

Hello Mike,

I'm trying to use Adobe Reader on my wifes laptop and it is no longer working.  I uninstalled Adobe and downloaded again and still not working.  She is running Windows 10.  Any Ideas ?

Thank You,

John Rossi

Hi John,

As you have mentioned, you are unable to use Adobe Reader on a Windows 10 machine. Is there an error message that you see? What happens when you launch Adobe Reader?

Could you please share more details about the issue or behavior you are experiencing when trying to use Adobe Reader? It will help us diagnose the problem correctly and assist you more effectively.

Thanks,
^BS
