Enforce enterprise users to use 2FA via email

Hi all,

 

We are evaluating to activate 2FA at the enterprise level, but would like to confirm if we can also enforce the use of email as the unique 2FA authentication method (not allow the use of neither the app nor SMS).

    Hi @Tommy28345540jfqv 2FA can be managed by your IDP, if you have an SSO Federation set up then you can opt for 2FA.

     

    For Adobe IDs it can be enabled by the end user from https://account.adobe.com/security.

    Hi Ashish, 

     

    Thanks for your comment. Yes, actually we have all the IDP user accounts using 2FA, but my question was about the other Adobe accounts, not controlled by our IDP. We have granted access to third parties to access our resources primarily to assist in our campaigns and technical support.

    Do you know if it is possible to limit the 2FA method that non-IDP accounts could use to login?
