Enhanced Adobe Express Role Management Now Available for Enterprise ETLA
Adobe Admin Console Domain Management
We’re excited to introduce updated and expanded role management capabilities in the Adobe Admin Console, designed to give Enterprise ETLA organizations more precise control over user access, permissions, and collaboration settings across Adobe Express.
The expanded Adobe Express role capabilities allow system administrators to clearly define responsibilities, manage access more efficiently, and maintain stronger governance across teams.
Key Enhancements
Enterprise ETLA organizations now have access to several specialized Adobe Express roles, with configurable capabilities:
Adobe Express application manager
- Customizes Adobe Express UI and experience for the entire organization.
Adobe Express template manager
- Creates and edits organization-wide templates.
Adobe Express social publishing manager
- Publishes and schedules content from Adobe Express to multiple social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X).
Note: All users added to an Adobe Express product profile are now assigned the Member role by default. Administrators can grant additional capabilities or roles by enabling the relevant permissions based on organizational needs.

How to Assign Roles
You can modify a user's roles from the Products > All products and services section at any time.
Go to the Adobe Express product and select the Product role dropdown against any user to assign or remove roles.
