I Purchased this organization account from instagram buyer. 1 year - 2999. After 4 months its shows like this. I've also sent the request many times. And i dont have that buyer contact number. Could you please fix it. I need to work many files.. Please any solution

I have reviewed your account, and the Creative Cloud K12 subscription registered on your account has been cancelled. Please get in touch with the Administrator of the college or university that owns the subscription. Only they can help you regain access to the active subscription.
