Enterprise account receives Your trial is ending mail

Hi

Is it normal that I received 2 mails about my account having a trial active then that my trial is expiring soon.

My account is enterprise one and is renewed yearly in a global plan.

    Hi,

    I can see that you are a member of a team using your Enterprise ID. Please make sure you have signed in using your Enterprise ID and not your Adobe ID.

    Switch from Adobe ID to Adobe Enterprise ID

    Thank you but when I try to login on adobe site, I click on the enterprise id login, enter my account name which is my mail and get reverted automatically to adobe ID login.

    What should I do then?
