Enterprise ID - Locked out

I just graduated from my university, where I had a free adobe suite enterpride ID account. I have a ton of work especially on the portfolio sites and now I can't access it. I really want to switch my student adobe account to a personal one so I can get all that work back and continue using the apps I want. How can I do that? Every time I try to log into my student account I'm locked out--I can't get in at all to try to switch it.

I'm seeing that there's also a graduation grace period where it looks like I could get a discount on the price, but that's a secondary concern to actually access my account.
