Enterprise license

For the past few years I have been using the enterprise licensing to deploy Flash, Acrobat etc. Well recently Adobe finally did away with their public download links. I have applied for the enterprise license like I do every year but I have not received a response from Adobe. It has been just over a month and computers are having issues due to not being updated.

I tried to contact support but support does not exist for this purpose. Can anyone think get ahold of support to push my case through??

I'm not sure I understand the problem. If you have a license, you don't need to ever reapply for anything.

Also, no links have gone away. There's the ftp site (Acrobat-Reader Enterprise Toolkit Home ), download pages, and even a support page for downloading old installers should the need arise.

Post back with additional details if the issue continues.
