Enterprise License not working? Unable to upload class rosters?

Is the enterprise licensing for k-12 schools down?  Have heard from IT that Adobe is having outages and that our IT Dept. has been unable to upload class rosters?  Can anyone confirm?  Ty

Hi @Jefferson5FA0 based on https://status.adobe.com/ there is nothing notable that would affect your school's Admin console. I would check with your IT again...
