Dear All,

I have a problem a little different than I saw before in this forum.

I can easily log in my own personal account. But my university account does not work. I keep getting "Another user is logged in" error whatever I do. I tried erasing my cookies, changing browser and computer!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Your University should have Adobe-admins or an IT Service Desk that can look into that issue.
