THANKS a bunch!

I read it tooooo carefully when it said "Creative Cloud Packager does not support apps version CC2019 or later"

LOL. Hope Creative Cloud Packager uninstaller although will be continued to support CC2019 and later apps also in the future then since the cleaner tool did not do the work.
