Enterprise Technical Issues

I cannot login to Indesign I get multiple system errors.

Tried to access chat on Adobe. It says I am in Enterprise system, so I have to contact that admin. 

Looked up info on Admin and there is nothing there.

I am new to this job and not sure what to do next.
