Erro ao tentar Instalar o Adobe Creative Cloud

Toda vez que tento instalar o pacote Adobe Creative Cloud que baixo o pacote tipo para dispositivo compartilhado, ocorre um erro no inicio da instalação e desinstala o que já tinha iniciado o processo.

Estou tentando instalar o pacote no SO - Windows 10

Ja baixei 6 pacotes e testei todos pois pensei que o pacote estava com algum problema.

Alguem pode me ajudar?
