Erro ao tentar Instalar o Adobe Creative Cloud

Toda vez que tento instalar o pacote Adobe Creative Cloud que baixo o pacote tipo para dispositivo compartilhado, ocorre um erro no inicio da instalação e desinstala o que já tinha iniciado o processo.

Estou tentando instalar o pacote no SO - Windows 10

Ja baixei 6 pacotes e testei todos pois pensei que o pacote estava com algum problema.

Alguem pode me ajudar?

You can check the fatal error codes in the PDApp log and use the below link to find the cause of the issue: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html#errorP1

 

Kindly attach the logs here if you are unable to find any details.
