Error 1603 Deploying Creative Suite 6

Can someone please help me out here, I have been racking my brains out for a solution and it doesnt seem to find any solutions.  The info I have been reading on here doesnt seem to help me either.  What is happening is:

1.  I try to create a installer using AAMEE for Adobe CS6 x64.

2. When I push out the package, It starts to run and does a roll back.

3.  I look in the log files and see 

"Invoking remote custom action. DLL: C:\Windows\Installer\MSI7664.tmp, Entrypoint: runDeploymentManagerCA

CustomAction CADeploy returned actual error code 1603 (note this may not be 100% accurate if translation happened inside sandbox)

Action ended 8:38:01: InstallFinalize. Return value 3."

Of course this tells me nothing.

4.  Thinking it was prereq issues or something I installed, Adobe Acrobat Pro first, then VS 2005,2008, and 2010

None of this works.

I have also seen this happen on other Adobe Products as well: Captivate and Presenter.
