ERROR 403

Hello, I just changed my imac M1 (MacOS Monterey version up to date) I can't install Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign etc... each time it's the 403 error that appears, I tried to clean creative cloud, my mac but nothing works. Thank you for your help

Same. I've updated many times over the years and this is the very first time I've had trouble...so frustrating.

Exact same issue running latest Monterrey OS, MacBook Pro M1 Max.  

  • acrobat download fine
  • try the photoshop a couple of version earlier, download fine but require Rosetta to run, can't update to the latest version. 403 error
  • illustrsor, premeirer, and after effects none of them download, 403 error

I have the exact same problem with a brand new 2021 Macbook Pro running Monterey.

 

I have followed the 12 steps in the other post (as linked below) to the letter but still the main programs are returning a 403.

 

Lightroom, Bridge, Audition and Camera Raw have installed via CC but everything else fails.

 

Account is part of a college license and everything works as expected on my PCs at work and my Ipad at home but not my new Macbook.

I have the exact same problem with my 2021 Macbook M1 Pro Monterey 12.1 (21C52).
